Silvia Brandi was invited to speak at IED Barcelona as part of the IED Muses Talks, a series of live conversations exploring the relationship between design, art, and future-oriented practices.

After the first Mitmachräume vision workshop in Bad Radkersburg, the process continued in Straden, where participants worked together to define priorities and outline the first concrete projects.

How can open learning and working spaces strengthen rural regions?

DorfUni Bad Radkersburg and FarmLab organised a vision workshop in Bad Radkersburg, bringing together around 40 participants from local associations and public institutions. The workshop focused on developing the idea of “Mitmachräume” — open, participatory spaces for learning, making, and community exchange in the region.

FarmLab in Kapfenstein has been awarded first prize in the category Crafts at the 66th Innovation Award of the Steirisches Vulkanland.

FarmLab hosted Land Matter/s, a collective exhibition presenting the outcomes of recent artistic residencies. The exhibition brought together works by Nalba, Petra Garajová, and Barbara Rakovská, developed on site through hands-on research with local materials and processes.
